Intrapreneurial Thinking (IT)
She took the risk for my security
I have always wanted to be secured.
She asked what I needed,
I said regular paycheck and pension, she pays.
I said medical services and housing allowances, she pays.
When my labour value drops, she tries to tolerate me.
Until she no longer gets the Premium Value from me.
So, I was asked to leave.
Don’t I supposed to know that,
He who takes the risk, deserves the rewards?
It is a lot of work and responsibility to change the “e” to “r”
As you might notice that, Employe”e” to Employe”r” is a risk equation few have solved.
When you are still there, change your thinking to accommodate a new thinking model- Intrapreneurship.
Intrapreneurship is the pathway to deserving the workplace’s better value.
We all have the same value or are valuable as individuals, but,
An employee and intrapreneurial mindsets do not have the same value in the same organization.
There is no shame in wanting to earn what you are worth.
Just know that intrapreneurship is a leverage to your desire.
