I thought this should be shared to help people rethink their success journey. One pathway to self-actualization is understanding positioning. There are different ways we look at positioning. During childhood, we identified academic success by the position of students relative to others in the same class.
This article will expose the success journey from the perspective of vision. Why are only a few people ready to show others the way? Life is a forest, and people fear the trees. Someone picks up courage, walks through the forest, establishes a mark or a series of signs by the passage, and others begin to walk the path. Suddenly, the forest that was once a dread environment turns into a home.
How do you position yourself to succeed? By nature and design, everything created to provide vision or make what seems impossible possible is never located at the bottom of the pyramid. Consider the following objects: sun, moon, stars, electric bulb, fireworks, and other luminous objects are by default positioned above the ground.
You see, any life that does not understand natural positioning for success would scratch for success. It is a distinctive characteristic between the hen and the eagle. The eagle could see far and wide by staying above the ground.

In the organization of success, the ability to provide vision, to help others to see beyond their present moment, to pioneer a course, to develop frameworks, to create processes and procedures that guide people into results, to initiate actions that inspire others to act, in fact, anything you do in a positive way that attracts followership is visionary. Not always smooth sailing as it might come as policies in cooperative climes.
The sun, moon, and stars among people are the vital few. To succeed personally and professionally, they understand why the eyes are positioned on the head and not the legs. You use the legs to walk the path that the eyes have envisioned.
