In reality, year 2020 marked the awareness and insight of how economic freedom and prosperity is built despite the challenges.

I have read so many books on wealth and financial independence but those were theories.

In year 2020, I found it in practice and I am confident it will work for anyone.

There is a thinking skill model in education called Bloom Taxonomy. This is illustrated in the image above.

Benjamin Bloom classified learning outcomes in hierarchy starting from Knowledge (ability to regurgitate information) as the elementary or lowest level of objective of education.

He ended the classification at the highest-level called “Create” (ability to produce or build).

“Create” is a status where we begin to model God. This is not a religious article but the important message is understanding that the principle of success is governed by God.

I was searching for freedom especially economic freedom as a teacher. We all know that teaching is one of the least paid profession here.

So many questions were needed to be answered:

How can being passionate as a teacher solve family needs? Obviously, many teachers can hardly raise their own children in the same private school where they work because annual salary cannot pay a child’s school fees in such system.

I got inspired by two words, ENRICH OTHERS. For two years, I offered myself to the world and began to give out insights, inspirations and self-help messages on WhatsApp, Facebook, other social media and professional platforms.

I just decided to give myself away.

In 2020, I had “CREATED” so much content from the freemium services that I decided to organise into teachable/coachable modules. And, Self-Actualization Mentoring Academy was unveiled at

On the day I published my decision to launch my mentoring academy at a premium. I received payment from a mentee who became my first inspiration and conviction. I was grateful.

You can call it my day of small beginning.

My words:

 If one person can pay for my organised knowledge, if one person can trust me with his or her money, then, I will work very hard to help one million persons to achieve their dreams in my lifetime.

Considering the vast 7.8 billion population in the world, there is no boundary any more to reaching my dreams.

My motivation was the internet as I know that there was no boundary, no fence, no restriction to meeting the one million samples if I consistently create digital footprint and presence in order to help other people to be rich. It is simple,

“You must enrich others to be rich”.

Today, the value of the Academy has grown astronomically due to learning, research, advancement, exposure and impact.

What exactly is the message?

Do not just teach if you are a teacher by profession.

Principles of teaching and learning are not just for the classrooms. Use them for life-room.

You need a date in your life that someone will pay you for your production or creation.

In your production lies your freedom.

 Of course this is not salary. Salary is not a payment for production because you lack absolute control of it.

Your production or creation is something you can scale.

I am not an economist but I am aware that countries in the world that produce have their currencies appreciated.

These countries have more immigrants because they produce.

Here is the secret that kept the world together in an ecosystem:

“If producers gone on strike, the world will be chaotic”.

When there is war between nations, one of the earliest strategies is for producing nation to withdraw supply from a more dependent nation.

Producers hold the key to sustainability of the rest of the world.

Individuals who ENRICH OTHERS do not ever go poor again. This comes with self-awareness because what you were born to do with your life must be paid for by the world’s human population.

It is your duty to tell the world that you are here to enrich.

Ants gravitate towards honey so as human being gravitates towards enrichment.

You may call it your talent at premium, skills at premium or organised knowledge at premium.

In the organogram of human motivation theory, Abraham Maslow taught me that no one reaches the status known as “Self-Actualization” without developing the capacity to create, to produce, to problem-solve or to build.

Here is the good news:

Every human being with mental capacity to imagine can create a prosperous world. This I cannot doubt anymore.

Brian Tracy was emphasizing Benjamin Franklin’s wisdom on why we need a mentor. He said,

 “Man can either buy his wisdom or borrow it. By buying it, he pays full price in personal time and treasure. But by borrowing it, he capitalizes on the lessons learned from the failures and successes of others”.
