Dr. James V. Green had spent over 10 years teaching the secret (Opportunity Discovery) to over 800,000 learners across 175 countries, I have asked myself some questions thereafter. If I could find opportunity that is marketable and worked on it, I would leave the world richer. Have you ever measured your impact on the world? How often do you discuss your impact where it matters? What demography are you serving? Local, national or international? You do not have to be a conglomerate to serve the world.
There are few words in the dictionary that controls the entire wealth of the world. Understanding these words in the context of problem solving is master key to High Income Framework (HIF).
- Increase or Raise
- Reduce or Eliminate
- Create or Invent
- Improve or Develop
Wherever in the world you find a man or woman, a team, an organisation or a system commanding wealth and honours as a result of their efforts to exchange Value with the world, these words (Increase, Reduce, Create, improve) are in action.
Entrepreneurial Thinking
Every problem that is solved in the world to attract financial benefits or rewards in small or huge amount is addressing any of these 4 capacities:
- Capacity to increase something. For example, capacity to increase sales, revenue, visibility and so on.
- Capacity to reduce or eliminate something. For example, capacity to reduce or eliminate waste, risk, cost and so on.
- Capacity to improve something. For example, capacity to improve effective decision making, academic performance, quality, productivity and so on.
- Capacity to create something. For example, capacity to create new products, new perspectives, new strategy, new resources and so on.
At a global scale, Amazon continually raise the bar of the customer experience by using the internet and technology to help consumers find, discover and buy anything, and empower businesses and content creators to maximize their success.
I founded Self-Actualization Mentoring Academy to Create Wealth for individuals through exploitation and exploration of Talents, Gifts, Self-awareness by adapting scientifically validated toolkits.
Hospitals are established to improve health conditions or eliminate or reduce pains.
Schools are founded to increase knowledge or eliminate ignorance.
Religious organizations are built to increase awareness of the knowledge of supreme God.
Pause, think about what you do and how it is addressing any or combination of these fundamental opportunities (to increase, reduce, improve, create).
High Income framework
Long time ago, Vilfredo Pareto carried out a research on wealth distribution. He found out that 80% of the resources was in the hands of 20% of the population. Today, we have Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Dangoteism and host of others being richer than nations. So, Pareto’s work is still valid.
As I worked on this article, Proshare researchers have just released a data that “Ten most capitalized stocks in the world’s best performing Stock Exchange in 2020 account for 83% of contribution. In simple terms, 10 out of 100 stocks is responsible for 83% 0f the wealth.
During my High-Income Skills Training for Teachers in the education sector, one of the baseline questions I asked prior to in-depth facilitation is, “Do you know of any teacher in the classroom who earns 0.45million naira as monthly salary?” The popular response I have received, “It is not possible”. A more humorous response is this, “Is the teacher an Angel?”
Nobody can rise higher than his or her confidence. You cannot help the poor in the society by being poor mentally and economically. You cannot solve a problem at the same level of thinking that created it. One way to prepare for your High-Income Opportunity is to re-define the problem that you are solving in the world.
Interviewer: What do you do?
Respondent A: I am a Teacher. I teach…..
Respondent B: My job has been to raise learning outcomes……
If you have to make a decision between the two respondents, you probably know who is replaceable (commonly unique) and who is cutout to solve problems (uncommonly unique). Of course, it is not as simple as you have it here, this is the reason for Self-Actualization Mentoring Academy initiative. DEEP STRUCTURE
If you understand early in life that your competencies (knowledge, skills and values) are designated to make you irreplaceable (uncommonly unique), you have the foundation to internalize High-Income Framework. If you did not understand early in life that your competencies should set you free, you might be victim of job security.
High-Income Thinking requires employees to be Intrapreneurs. To be intrapreneur, you have to be self-motivated and proactive in the pursuit of innovation that will raise, reduce, improve or create a response within the company or organization. High-income thinking requires that you have an entrepreneurial spirit within you.
In summary, high income framework is an enabler. It allows you to dictate your earning abundantly because you will be in high demand.
